Fun Fun Time...

We lived in a town and usually they have town fiesta for a week. Here the celebration is different compared to our place in the philippines. In the philippines normally the celebration is only 2 days. Mostly gatherings for the families, relatives and friends. Chit chattine and eating from one home to another. sOme they considered it as time for reunion. During the fiesta celebration sometimes they usually have concert or games like basketball, volleyball championship in the afternoon.
Here they have different activities during the whole week. They have concert, dance parties, table tennis championship, and many more. We slept so late not because we went to those activities. Its because our house is at the back La Salle school a place where they held all those activities.

Well, we brought Isaac to the carousel. He rode on those little cars. He had so much fun riding those cars with his cousins.

New Technology get connected

We are thanking God for new technologies.Long time ago, we used snail mail to informed our families and friends about what has been going on in our lives,which would take like a month from overseas. But now, we used email and it will arrive in few minutes.Before, we can see people using printed pictures but now we have the luxury of webcam. We can see the people and talk to the people at the same time.
Yesterday we had a goodtime talking and viewing our friends from the US. I felt so happy to finally see them. We´ve been busy since we arrived from the US and I believed that yesterday was the best time for both parties. Anyway, It is just the beginning, for sure we will continue being connected with friends using new technologies.

Look at Us!

Isaac grown so fast. He is 14 months old. And he can walk so fast and talk non stop. Of course it is a baby talk and no one understand. We are teaching him different languages. My husband always talk to him in catalan, our american friends talks to him in english, i talk to him Bisaya-cebuano and tagalog. My brother in law talks to him in castellano. Though he can call mama and papa. and sometimes he surprised us with different words like hola or hello.and hes favorite word NO! I hope that he can pick up different languages.

We are here in Houston Texas

We are here in Houston Texas since wednesday until tomorrow saturday. First night we stayed in the RV of our friend and then transfer to south Houston and we stayed in our friend house.We had a good time tonight(Friday) playing skip-bho. It is one way of building friendship and we had fun. I did win at our first game. We sleep late and maybe wake up late depend what time isaac would wake up. Tomorrow we are planning to go back to lindale after lunch. It is a long way drive. I better get some sleep now so that I will have enough energy for tomorrow. Have a nice week end every one.
